Yoga Therapy
Nicci offers a 10 -week syllabus to help emotionally,physically and spiritually guide the mind and body within children. She offers a guide to breathing, yoga and mindfulness exercises for your child. Practice can be done every day at home to regulate, soothe,calm and move your child out of every day situations.These support sessions also offer a balance to re-establish their centre and find their highest vibration from which to they can find their inner self. A happy, centred and calm parent means a happy centred and calm child.
Nicci offers private yoga therapy classes for children with challenges from her studio or online.
